What is "PRE-ORDER ITEMS"?
Pre-Order Items is item that is not yet release on the market but is available to book through us. It also can be item that is not available in our store(due to shortage, out of stock or old item) but available to book from our supplier
How To Pre-Order from us ?
1. There are several ways to inquire a pre-order item:
- - You can inquire item(s) through our ENQUIRY CORNER chatbox located on the left side of the website.
- - Go to our Facebook page Here
- - Email directly to us at : ch-toynation@live.com
2. If you see something you like on internet, websites or magazines. Then send the details using the above methods and we will try to source the item(s) for you.
3. Once we have confirmation that your item is available for order. We will contact you either by FACEBOOK, CHATBOX or Email. You can then go to our Kiulap branch to pay a deposit or a full payment. We will notify you of the deposit fee.
Deposit fees will depend on how much your item(s) costs.
e.g1 - Transformer Alternity A-01 selling price $92.90 will require a deposit of $30.00
e.g2 - HotToys IronMan Mk III selling price $350.00 will require a deposit of $100.00
4. Once we received your deposits, we will place your order with our supplier immediately.
5. Your item will arrive depend on how new or how old it had been released in the market. New released item will usually be in stock immediately whereas older item will require at least 14 to 90 days to stock-up from our supplier. If you cannot wait this long then please do not book.
6. Customer can regularly check our "Item(s) Arrived in Store" and "Waiting List Item(s)" section for their item(s) update.
Failing to Collect and Cancellation of Pre-ordered Items
1. Once pre-ordered item(s) had been ordered from our supplier, upon cancellation, deposit fee or full payment will be forfeited to us. THIS IS OUR STORE POLICY AND IT IS FINAL. IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!
2. Customer will need to pick up the goods within 14 days of the arrival date.
3. Failing to collect your goods will result your item(s) being offer to our walk-in customer or the person next in line.
4. Failing to collect will also result yourself self been Blacklisted for booking!
Maximum Waiting Period
Customer maximum waiting period for their item(s) are THREE(3) months from the date of deposit. Item(s) on waiting that has no exceed 3 months is not allow to cancel, refund or exchange!
After 3 months of waiting, customer can choose one option below:-

- Continue to wait till it is available, customer is allow to cancel anytime
- Full refund of deposit
- Deposit can be use on other item(s) in our store or other booking
Wrong Items
1. Customer will be responsible for what they had ordered. We will not refund for confirmation order after deposit had been paid.
2. If we are at fault for the wrong item(s), we will issue a full refund.
Discontinued Items
1. If your pre-order item(s) had somehow been discontinued or some unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you and REFUND the full amount.

What is "ON-THE-SPOT BOOKING"?
"On-The-Spot" Booking is item that is already been released in our store and displayed in our shelf. You can book whatever items you see in our store.
How To Book from us ?
1. If you find something that interest you. Please go to our counter and tell them which item(s) you would like to book.
2. Deposits are required for each of the items reserved. Customer must provide their Name and Mobile Number for contacts. Our staff will assist you in how much you should pay for the deposits.
Deposit fees will depend on how much your item(s) costs.

e.g2 - HotToys IronMan Mk III selling price $350.00 will require a deposit of $100.00
3. Goods will be reserve for maximum 3 weeks. Within the 3th week, customer must come and pay the remaining balance in full and collect the item(s).
Failing to Collect and Cancellation of Booking Items
1. Once booking item(s) had been booked and customer decided to cancel the item(s) for whatever reasons. It is our company policy that deposit fee or full payment to be forfeited to us. THIS IS SHOP POLICY AND IT IS FINAL.
